I need to customize T2D to calculate the tracer flux across an outflow boundary, then input the tracer flux at an inflow boundary. My first question: has anyone done something like this? I would LOVE to see your code modification!

The first step is to compute the tracer flux at a control section. (To my understanding, it is not possible to calculate the tracer flux at a boundary) I think I *only* need to modify 'flusec_telemac.f', could someone confirm this? Also, how do I import tracer values into 'flusec_telemac.f'?

I have a plan for how to make this modification. I do not need to calculate a tracer flux at a control section, a simple tracer average at a couple nodes will suffice. The average tracer will then simply be applied to the inlet.

First, tracer at couple nodes is output to log file. Then, a python script updates SOURCES FILE.

However, the tracer sources file is probably only read during initialization. Is there a way to get sources file to be updated at every timestep?
