Hi,

I'm modeling dams break. Using fudaa to impose an hydrograph at the upper boudary : "Courbe temporelle" I noticed the unit defined was m2/s whereas my imported file is well define in the m3/s unit because is the total flow of my breach and not a linear one... And it's also m2/s in the .liq file generated... So I wonder if I have to enter in fudaa data defined as QTotalBreach/Lbreach or if it is just a display pb an the breach flow has well to be defined in m3/s as the flow in the whole breach. An other point : Do I Have to change the unit in the .liq file?
an idea about it ?

Thanks,

Hello,

Hum, for me it is just a comment, and has no influence on the results, but it should be m3/s, it stands for the whole boundary.

JMH

Thanks for the answer, I feel reassured as I made previous model this way without wondering about it :S (I was teached this way...)
Just to be sure of the influence of m2/s or m3/s in the .liq file, I have run 2 identical models with just this difference... and the results are totally the same! But this display problem remains curious...

Thanks again!
