Hi all
I want to calibrate a velocity using the
COEFFICIENT TO CALIBRATE TIDAL VELOCITIES = 999999
999999 is the defult value if you change it and run the programm it gives you error
i am wondering if there is other option to be used with the above option so calibration would run?!!
any help please i attached CAS file !!!

Hello,

This large default value triggers the fact that we take the square root of the COEFFICIENT TO CALIBRATE TIDAL RANGE for the COEFFICIENT TO CALIBRATE TIDAL VELOCITIES

So in your case you will see no change if you choose COEFFICIENT TO CALIBRATE TIDAL VELOCITIES equal to the square root of 0.72, and you can try to calibrate around this value. This is actually explained in Telemac-3D documentation and the same has been added in the new Telemac-2D documentation that will be issued soon.
