Franck	Hi, I've got a problem. Whenever I want to launch a simulation taping "telemac2d.py test.cas" all I have in return is the help. I tried deleting the entire opentelemac-mascaret folder and reinstall it properly using the self-installer but the problem is still ongoing. What can I do ? Thanks

Hello,

I am not sure how you solved it but this is to do with the registry keys on Windows system. the .py extension should be associated with runing python .py together with the command line option. In some instance (when you install multiple python and canopy together), that setting gets wrong.

You have to manually set it right in the registry.

PS: otherwise you are bound to run python c:\opentelemac....\telemac2d.py ...

Franck	That is what I have done, I have reassociated .py files with Python. I don't know why but .py extensions had a different default program associated. Thanks
