Hello!

My domain is a bay of ca. 20 km width, part of a reservoir in Brazil.
The inflow and the outflow are given by the main river crossing the reservoir, rio Sao Francisco.
I added a little tributary at the north-eastern part of the bay, with a time-variable inflow and a time-dependent tracer concentration, set as a curve in the liquid boundary file.
Can you check please the files? In the results I do not have transport computed and I don't understand why...
Thank you and if you need more explanations, just ask please.

Best regards

I do not have problems to run, everything runs well and the hydrodynamics give good and correct results. The problem is that I included a passive tracer flowing from the tributary and in the results the concentration is zero. I have no results about the tracer concentration. I think I did something wrong in the cas file or the liquid boundary file...
Yes I saw the user manual, thanks.

Hi
Your tracer in the boundary condition file is set to 4 (free) so you cannot impose a value
Change it to 5 and this will probably solve your problem

Thank you, but probably I gave you an older conlim file. I have actually 5 in the boundary conditions (LITBOR=5 and TBOR=0, then I impose the values in the liquid boundary file, variable in time).
