Hello,

I have 4 culverts in my model. In the results I cannot verify that they're working and i don't know why. I looked up the syphon example and checked my input, but without success.

Maybe somebody can look up my cas and culvert file and say what I've made wrong.

I will try the tube parametrization to check whats wrong, can somebody tell me if z1 and z2 (level of the tubes) are the centerpoint, top or bottom of the tubes?

regards

Mirko

Hi MiWe,
The keyword NUMBER OF CULVERTS is missing in your cas file.
(Your friction coeffient (defined as a Stricker) seems very rough)

z1 and z2 correspond to the bottom elevation of your nodes. It is safier to take a slightly higher (some centimeters above for example) value than the real bottom to avoid problems if a side is dry.

If the culverts are implemented, the computed discharges are regularly printed in the listing.

Regards,
Luc
