open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hello everyone,

I just cannot figure out where the problem is, as the similar simulation could be run without problems. The error occured after regenerating a new mesh at the same domain, the main difference between the new mesh and old mesh is the location of open boundarys has altered somewhat(a comparasion in attachment figure). Could someone give me some hint how to solve it?

this could be caused by the large range of the coordinates. Since you can not translate coordinates, you need to generate geometry files in double precision.

Thank you for your reply, the other question is that how can I make geo.slf in double precision, as I use Blue Kenue for the mesh generating ,but I could not find where for the precision option, would you please give me some hint or tell me which file is about the topic.

As far as I know, you can not generate double precision with Blue Kenue. I'm using a software called Janet which is not free, but maybe you can use it for a trial period (see their webpage www.smileconsult.de/index.php?article_id=1&clang=1)
