open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hello,
I'm getting started with Telemac and Blue Kenue. I've download a telemac 2d tutorial with a solved example. When I try to run the .cas file, appears the message attached below.
I've already read other conversations in this forum related to config/configs, and the needed root for systel_v6p3.cfg file. I've applied the suggestions made, but the message still appears,so I guess that is not my error.
I also attach my original systel_v6p3.cfg file.

you probably doesn't follow all the steps of the installation.
In fact telemac doesn't find your systel_v6p3.cfg file...
That means the value of SYSTELCFG parameter is not define.
You could define it at the opening of your command file or fix it in the parameters of your comuter like the path
