Hi all,
I am a beginner in using telemac2d, I tried to set a circulation model for the Gulf of Kachchh, India region using telemac2d using tide generated forces. I used jmj condition in tide data type. The model is running properly but when viewed the results the problem is the tidal forcing is generated only once then the current speed is becoming very low for the remaining time step. Why the tide force is generating only once? What is the mistake am doing? pls help me in this regard. Note: Am getting more tidal fluctuations when I prescribe constant elevation but current values are very very low. Please help me with the basic conditions to be given for generating tidal currents

Hello,

The JMJ model is meant for the Channel between France and England and Atlantic around France, so you should rather choose the tpxo model.

With best regards,
