open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Dear all,
I'm using telemac 2d, version v6p3. I used Blue Kenue to create my mesh (in coordinates cartesian: x,y). I would like to use the spherical coordinate in my simulation (my domain is quite large, I would like to take the astronomy force and Coriolis force in my problem). What does the instruction I must to declare in my steering file (and in my fortran file)? Thank you very much for your help.
