Did you take time to read the Rules of the forum and also to read or search in the forum if your problem hasn't been already answered?
The rules 4 indicate:

Choose an appropriate subject line. Try to summarise the problem briefly in the subject, and elaborate in the message itself. Repeat the subject in the body if it will make things clearer. An example of a bad subject would be "HELP ME". A good subject might be, "Foo crashes when I do bar".

About your problem, you could first try to run the svn manually, this is already explain in some post or in the installation instructions in python
