Hi,

I am working with telemac2d v7p0 and i reuse an old configuration.
The simulation seems ok at the beginning but after the first iteration, my run crash with this error:

BOUCLE 701 ISOUSI= 1
CALLING CHARAC OPTION STRONG
Primary job terminated normally, but 1 process returned
a non-zero exit code.. Per user-direction, the job has been aborted.

mpiexec detected that one or more processes exited with non-zero status, thus causing
the job to be terminated. The first process to do so was:

Process name: [[15919,1],1]
Exit code: 2

I put in attachments my fortran file and my cas file.

Have you got some ideas about the reasons of this error?

Thanks in advance

Florian

Hi

Even you reuse an old configuration, you should update the fortran file. Some subroutines changed and the arguments are probably not consistent.

In the same time, you could probably simplify it by adding the friction in the geometry file and also the bottom correction...

Thanks for your reply.

I can't modify the geometry file.
I am aware that i should update the fortran file but i must reuse this old configuration in the same conditions.

I am sure that the error is caused by the fortran file but i don't know in which subroutine...

Hi

you didn't modify the geometry file by adding the friction coefficient or changing the bottom elevation as it's done in the previous version.

As the version changes, the conditions also changes and you will have differences...

For the subroutines, you should make a comparison one by one between those who are in your fortran file and the default version of the v7p0

What is the method to add the friction coefficient or to change the bottom elevation in the geometry file?

Thanks

Yes blue kenue could allow you to do that (Fudaa-prepro also)
