open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hi everyone. I am testing Telemac2d with simple cases for later upgrade to catchment soil erosion modelling. Currently, my test is on a 5m by 2m erosion plot with a slope of 1% with the aim of checking mass conservation over the plot. The model model seems to give excellent results under the following boundary condition; upstream only H is prescribed and downstream is made free. May I request to know the equations which the model is using in calculating velocity and discharge at the boundaries.

it depends on the options you are using. There are lots of theory about the use of equations and their discretisation numerics. You can find a major part of them in the book of Jean Michel Hervouet and the user manual of Telemac-2D
