open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I am a beginner here, and I Need urgent help, I'm working on Mr.CÉDRIC GOEURY's paper(A Lagrangian/Eulerian oil spill model for continental waters 2013).

i need this paper's graphical results, tables and results in visionary or animated form if they're available.

all these results are vital for my study, and i would be so grateful if receive them.

and it's a great help if any one can introduce me a program which can give this paper's exact results (my pc operating system is windows 7 32 bit)

Your request is not possible. These results are under copyright restrictions and can't be used straightforwardly. You can show graphical results and cite the forementioned paper. However, you can use the oilspill module of Telemac to your own model and in this case you will be able to use your own results freely.
