Hello,

Is it possible to deactivate the keyword NUMBER OF TIME STEPS, because my simulation always stops at the point which is set by NUMBER OF TIME STEPS and not when the steady state is reached although I set the keyword STOP IF A STEADY STATE IS REACHED to yes?

My only idea is to set NUMBER OF TIME STEPS to a very high value. But is there another way?

Thank you in advance

Hi

Your idea is the right one.
Stop if a steady state is reached exist in order to shorten simulation if nothing change but this solution cannot overpass the total number of time step.
Imagine you simulation has got a small instability somewhere which break the condition of the steady state (10-3 by default), then the simulation will never stop...

Regards
Christophe
