Hello,

I try to refine the mesh in the test case gouttedo.
I used splitsel to obtain the refine mesh.
I have the listing bellow:
... partitioning base files (geo, conlim, sections and zones)
    +> /home/nheili/goldangel/builds/par/bin/partel < PARTEL.PAR >> partel_T2DGEO.log
STOP 0

... splitting / copying other input files
 partitioning: T2DREF
    +> /home/nheili/goldangel/builds/par/bin/partel < PARTEL.PAR >> partel_T2DREF.log
At line 374 of file /home/nheili/goldangel/sources/utils/partel/parres.f
Fortran runtime error: Index '6587' of dimension 1 of array 'val_inp' above upper bound of 4624
copyPartition:
   |runPARTEL: Could not split your file T2DREF (runcode=2) with the error as follows:
   |
   |... The following command failed for the reason above (or below)
   |/home/nheili/goldangel/builds/par/bin/partel < PARTEL.PAR >> partel_T2DREF.log
   |
   | You may have forgotten to compile PARTEL with the appropriate compiler directive
   | (add -DHAVE_MPI to your cmd_obj in your configuration file).

Hi

Not sure to well understand exactly what you've done but about the error message in partel seems to comes from the difference between the geometry file and the reference file which have different number of elements and nodes

Christophe
