open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I am building a large 2D triangular mesh using Bluekenue (more than 600 K nodes). Usually after this step I make sure the mesh is verified by STBTEL. Usually a mesh 'validate' by STBTEL is OK for telemac.

But my last mesh cannot go successfully through STBTEl, nor through Telemac. I receive the following message:

From STBTEL: VOISIN: ERREUR DANS LE MAILLAGE. PEUT-ETRE DES POINTS CONFONDUS.
From TELEMAC-2D: VOISIN ERREUR A L'ALLOCATION MEMOIRE. CODE D'ERREUR 210.

Could someone help me with this.

Hi Georges

This looks like you have a problem somewhere in your mesh but it's hard to say where...

To investigate more:
- You could try to modify voisin.f to add some more information on the various loop to identify the problem
- If you have fudaa-prepro, maybe you could try to open the geometry file with the mesh viewer or the post module and check the messages
- Share your mesh in order to allow us to check it.

You can also use the new option in the v7p1 release that makes the check up of the mesh. Just add the key word
CHECKING THE MESH = TRUE (VERIFICATION DU MAILAGE)

This will give you a report about the minimum distance between two nodes and that will allow you to detect if there are some troubles with your mesh
