open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hello everybody,
I am new to Telemac-2D and thus also new to the Forum. My name is Heidi and I would appreciate if someone could help me.
Unfortunately, I have troubles to start a parallel simulation:

When I start the simulation in normal mode (not parallel) the simulation starts normally. When I add the key word PARALLEL PROCESSORS =7 and want to start the simulation with the "TELEMAC v7p1 parallel.exe" file the mesh is split into 7 parts and it seems that everything works fine but then the simulation does not start. The screen shows the "telemac2d-v" (as shown on the following screenshot) for hours but nothing else happens.





In the folder it seems that all precautions are carried out as you can see on the following screenshot:





Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong and how the problem can be solved?

It's good to spend some time to search in the forum sometimes, I think your problem have already been reported...

There is a lot of chance that MPI request a login and password but as in telemac the run is manage by a script, you cannot see the request...

To confirm this point, stop the run (CTRL+C), move into the temp directory in the command windows (CD ...) and manually run the mpi command (exactly the same which is writen under running your simulation)

Nevertheless, I see also another problem as the MPI command indicate -n 1 instead of -n 7.
For parallel, forgot the keyword PARALLEL PROCESSORS, just add --ncsize=? in the command line
