Could someone help me to add wind wave in my present TELEMAC model.

I have TPXO driving on the seaside boundary and water discharge at river boundary.
The present model works very well, but I don't know how to add wind to my present model. I am not familar with FORTRAN at the moment, could someone edit the steering file and Fortran file for me.

Attached is my present steering file, fortran file and discharge file in the version of v6p3. The desired wind file is also attached.
The geometry file and boundary condition file is a bit big, if necessary I can send separately.
