I run telemac2d coupling with sisphe. But the result so strange in inlet 2.

Please help me figure out this problem.

Hello,
Please check if the flags for the boundary condition file are correctly assigned (specially corresponding for the sisyphe boundary conditions).
Check also if the inflow liquid file is correctly specified (check the velocity field for example).
Check also if the settling velocity value that you provide in the steering file is correct.

Dear all,

I get error when I run telemac coupling with sysphe.

I put 5 boundary values in qsl boundary. But It's seen only choice one boundary. I checked result no flow into inlet 1 and 2.

Please give me your advice.

Dear Hoa,
your liquid discharges seem to be extremely high. Are you sure about those values? (e.g. the Amazon river has an average discharge of 209,000 m3/s).
My suggestion: double check the information you're providing to the model, then launch a hydrodynamics-only simulation to see if everything is correct.
Then move to the sediment transport simulations. Don't forget also to provide a well-establish hotstart simulation (hydrodynamics) for the sediment runs!

Dear Hao,

As Pablo said, make sure you have a working flow model first, before going to coupling. From what I can see from your print output, you have water exciting the 'inlets'.

You have prescribed
no flow rates on the inlets:
PRESCRIBED FLOWRATES =0.0;0.0;0.0
zero water level at all five boundaries
PRESCRIBED ELEVATIONS =0.0;0.0;0.0;0.0;0.0
0.5m initial elevation.
INITIAL ELEVATION =0.5

I can't see what your cli file looks like, or what the bathymetry is, but it appears that in the 'inlet', the model adapts from having a water level of 0.5 to one that has 0.0.

make sure that the initial water levels as close as possible to the prescribed ones and that the is a flow rate given at the 'inlets'

As real, I don't know what meaning of PRESCRIBED FLOWRATES and PRESCRIBED ELEVATIONS when we decribe in CAS file, I also copy from previous research.

Hi all,

I check careful my hydraulic model, it run well, i think that have problem with sysple module I run. Somewhere sediment flow don't working well.

Please give me your advice in sysphe parameter that aim to get the well result.
