Hello the world,

I'm now using T2D coupling with GAIA. I found that the divergence begins at one point of my coastal line, and the GAIA calculate with a extremely large number of maximal evolution and total maximal evolution.

It seems useless to have the keyword as MASS-BALANCE = YES because from 12720s in the results, the TOTAL MASS will become very large but the RELATIVE ERROR TO INITIAL ACT LAYER MASS keeps still at a small number.

Could somebody help me or give me some advice on my settings of the two cas file, or a methodology dealing with these problems in coastal-sediment simulation. Thanks in advance !

Best regards,
Sorrymaker

Hello,

Your listing is very strange: is it normal that erosion, deposition and bed load boundary fluxes are zero?
What about if you switch off the keyword SLOPE EFFECT ?

Have you checked if the simulation behavior is as expected (maybe for a shorter time simulation)?

Best regards
Sara
