Hello TELEMAC users,

I'm currently running a NCO/CO mixed sediment model using GAIA&TELEMAC2D.

The model works well when boundary concentrations of CO are not considered. But when I want to add (for example 1g/L) CO concentration boundary to the model, I find that the model does not calculate this concentration, both the listing result and inside the result file indicate that this boundary concentration is not taken into account.

In my model, there's only one inflow/outflow boundary(5 6 6 ... 5 for both T2D and GAIA) since it locates in the ocean area and forced by tides.

There's also an interesting thing founded. If I mentioned in steering file of TELEMAC2D with [NUMBER OF TRACERS = 1],the model seems to calculate CO boundary because in the listing results the [BOUNDARY 1 FLUX:] changed compared with others, and in T2D results there's the concentration same with the settings. However, in GAIA results, the sediment didnot change at all, it seems that there's no this kind of concentration in the model. It's also strange to me.

Another interesting thing is that, if i change the order of definition of NCO and CO layers in GAIA steering file, there's no problem in the concentration boundary, but some other questions, and the results will be much different compared with before.

If someone is interested with this kind of problem, welcome to send me message and i'll see if i could send you some detailed files.

Hope someone could solve my problem, or give me some advice

Regards,
Grebe
