Hello everyone,

I'm working on simulating both bedload and suspended load simultaneously. However, when I activate both the Mayer-Peter Müller formula and the Zyserman and Fredsøe formula together, the simulation results become erratic, causing the flow not to converge and resulting in completely inaccurate morphodynamic outcomes. Interestingly, using the MPM formula alone provides reasonable results, and employing the Englund-Hansen formula for combined load also yields good outcomes, except for extreme erosion at the outflow boundary. Despite several attempts to modify various variables in the combined load scenario, there hasn't been any positive effect on the results.

I've attached distorted inflow-outflow curves and the bed evolution for the combined case. Additionally, I've included the inflow-outflow data for the bedload-only case, which shows better outcomes.

Appreciate any guidance or insights.

Thanks,
Mo
