Hi everyone,

I hope you're doing well. I’m currently working with the TELEMAC-MASCARET system and testing its capability to run a coupled model using different meshes. To verify this, I decided to use one of the example cases provided with the model named littoral existed in gaia folder.

Before setting up the simulation, I used the Python tool tom2tel to connect the meshes. The tool worked correctly and generated the necessary boundary and mesh files. These include:

1. Wave model mesh file: geo_tom_different-tom2tel.slf
2. Wave model boundary file: geo_tom_different-tom2tel.cli
3. Hydrodynamic model mesh file: geo_t2d_different-tel2tom.slf
4. Hydrodynamic boundary file: geo_t2d_different-tel2tom.cli

Then, I proceeded to configure and run the model using the following setup files:

5. Sediment transport (GAIA) setup file: gai_littoral.cas
6. Wave (TOMAWAC) setup file: tom_tom2tel_different.cas
7. Hydrodynamic (Telemac2D) setup file: t2d_tel2tom_different.cas

However, when I attempt to run the model, it throws an error. I’ve attached the log file and setup files here for reference. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help identify the issue or suggest solutions.

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance!

Kind regards,
Mojtaba
