Hi,

I'm using a model of the Dee estuary in coupled Telemac2d-Sisyphe and trying to use computation continued.

The computation continued seems to work when using only telemac 2d. But when sisyphe is coupled, NaN values start to appear after the first iteration. (see attached log file).

How can I solve this?

I've got limited amount of experience with the model. Attached are the new cas-files, log, fortran file. The previous computation file is the final step of the sisyphe file merged with the associated step from the telemac result file. A morphological factor of 10 has been used in the previous calculation.

Thanks,

Rinse

Hello, I am not sure where the problem comes from, but as far as I can see, there may be two reasons:
- First, you should make sure that you do a restart on both hydrodynamics and sediment transport. Both Telemac2d and Sisyphe restart file should be consistent.
- Second, you should print out also the layer thickness in your output variables, ie by adding *ES in your printout variables (as well as *A* and CS* for concentration per class and percent per class and per layer)
By the way, in order to have sand grading effects, it is better to put at least two layers in your bed model and to specify the thickness of the active layer .
I hope this will help, Best luck, Cath
