As you suggested lastly about cohesive transport in Sisyphe V6.1, I tried a lot. But siltation occured at boundaries only and could not run properly. Please send me simple test cas file so that I will try it.

Hello, here you can find an example to show how to initialize the bed layers thickness and to specify the erosion/deposition parameters.
For example, in this test case if the critical erosion velocity is 0.1 all the bed is eroded, if the critical erosion velocity is 1000. then all the bed is deposited. It is therefore crucial to have some evidence (erosion/deposition experiments) to specify those parameters.
