yes, as Christophe mentioned, the subroutines for sedi-3D are embbeded in Telemac-3D.
FYI, for the Club U my colleagues and I will be presenting a paper based on Sedi-3d (comparison with experiences by Lyn). If you are attending the conference, then we can discuss. If you are not, please let me know and I can send to you a copy of the paper + the presentation.

I am running a 3D model of a reservoir/dam and want to use Sedi-3D. I had a look at the manual and the example/validation case "Rouse", but I would like to have more information about this module.

At this moment, there are some people (mainly at EDF & HRW) working on Sedi-3d. Hopefully some new test cases and documentation will be out for the next release of the TMS.
