I have set up a coupled TELEMAC-SISYPHE model for an estuary project. I'd like to active SISPYHE model a few days into the simulation after the salinity gradient in the estuary has developed. I noted in DICO file a key word "STARTING TIME OF THE HYDROGRAM" which specifies the time when SISYPHE computation begins. I set the value to 86400 but didn't notice any difference. Does this key word only valid for the SISYPHE model and not valid when it is coupled with TELEMAC?

STARTING TIME OF THE HYDROGRAM?

You well understand the sense of this keyword.
It's just for sisyphe computation when you give directly an hydrodynamic result.
When the computation run in couple mode, there is no effet.
For your problem, I think you should manually manage the call to sisyphe in the telemac2d subroutine..
Good luck
