Hi,

I am running a sediment transport model of an estuarine river.
I have selected
 BED LOAD                                       = YES
 BED-LOAD TRANSPORT FORMULA                     = 5                   
 SLOPE EFFECT                                   = YES
 FORMULA FOR SLOPE EFFECT                       = 1
 BETA                                           = 1.3 
/
 SUSPENSION                                     = YES	
 EQUILIBRIUM INFLOW CONCENTRATION               = YES
 REFERENCE CONCENTRATION FORMULA                = 1
 FORMULATION FOR DEPOSITION AND EROSION         = 2
 SETTLING LAG                                   = NO
/
 WATER DENSITY                                  = 1020
 SEDIMENT DENSITY                               = 2650.0
 NUMBER OF SIZE-CLASSES OF BED MATERIAL         = 1
 COHESIVE SEDIMENTS                             = NO
 SEDIMENT DIAMETERS                             = 0.00275

I am not able to observe and evolution change of BOTTOM values changing
in the simulation.

Is there any other parameter which I should include in order for the simulation to show evolution changes.

Dear Gourish,
please find below some hints:
(1) Did you check that your hydrodynamics only is given the expected results?
(2) In some cases, the following lines in the cas files are too large and don't identified by the code:
BINARY DATABASE 1 FOR TIDE = '/home/environ/DATA/TIDEMODEL/TPOX7.2/GLOBALDATA/h_tpxo7.2'
BINARY DATABASE 2 FOR TIDE = '/home/environ/DATA/TIDEMODEL/TPOX7.2/GLOBALDATA/u_tpxo7.2'

so probably your input data is not being recognised by the code.

I have checked the hydrodynamic part of the simulation.
The results are proper as expected.
