Hello everyone,

in order to describe at each point a certain granulometry distribution i have to program the init_compo.f or the init_avai.f ? The thickness of different layers i guess so far is not important in my case and can be asumed to be uniform everywhere.
Or is it possible to use a selafin file from bluekenue with values for each node to read? Similar to bottom friction, where it is just necessary to add another mesh in the geometry file.

Best regards,
Markus

Hello Markus,

init_compo.f is the file you need to program. There you specify the availability of each sediment fraction (and layer thickness) for each node.

Although it is technically possible to specify it from a selafin file, I doubt it would be easier, so I would strongly suggest to start from init_compo.f.

Sisyphe example river-arc is a good starting point.

Costas

Hello Costas,

thanks for your hints. With them i finally managed it to describe granulometry distributions for different areas.

Best regards,
Markus
