Hello,

When I try to print out UX and UY in the resultfile the model won't run. I don't have any problem with the simulation if I dont't try to print these variables.

Can anyone help out?

Hello,

As 2 examples of the base (whirl_current and opposing_current) are printing out UX and UY there must be something special with your case. Could you post your case so that I could test it ?

regards,

Thierry

I guess it comes from the fact you're asking to print out a current but you did not set any current in your case. no stationnary current nor any file current. We should test it when reading the variables to print out, but we apparently forgot it.

Thanks for the help.

But I want to have the wave induced currents in the results - these should be a part of what TOMAWAC is calulating - aren't they?

Tomawac does not calculate any current. If you want to take into account currents you can provide a current file or couple tomawac with telemac2d or use a stationnary current.
