Firstly, I am sorry for putting wrong keywords as I follow page 42-Reference Manual, written that:

WINDS FILE FORMAT

So I just guest it, and have not looked at p.7

However, I have also run the model by modifying/adding keywords you mentioned. The attachment presents the results. I got vert weird results

Do you have any more suggestions?

First of all, you got results, which is good. Secondly, the term "weird results" and the images alone are not helpful . Can you explain in detail what did you expect and what you got instead?

I mean that with winds that vary within my model, so the output of winds in Tomawac also needs to be same.

The wind in Tomawac is weird because the values are constant .

So, How can I improve the wind outputs, in your opinion?

Does the wind selafin file you created with telemac2d have spatially and time varying winds?

Here is my wind result file from TELEMAC2D model. I take time to run it again because previous file is too large (it run for 10 days). Now I shorten it with one day only.

Everything looks fine. The problems I believe is elsewhere. You also have to set CONSIDERATION OF SOURCE TERMS=true in TOMAWAC. I didn't notice that the first time.

I did run the model by adding that keyword, nothing is changed

How about the effect of NUMBER OF ITERATIONS FOR THE SOURCE TERMS? could you have a closer look in my steering file? and give me some best suggestions and numbers, I will run the model following your opinion.

Can you also try to set TIME UNIT IN WINDS FILE=3600, since the output in the selafin file is in hourly intervals?
