That is strange. Can you post your file? What compiler do you use?

Hi Costas,

Here are my configuration file and the limwac.f file I download from your previous post yesterday. I use python, and Telemac installation was automatically done.

Best Regards

OK, I see where the problem is... Add the following line to cmd_obj: in your systel.cfg file:
-ffixed-line-length-132
It should look like this:
cmd_obj: gfortran -c -O3 -fopenmp -fconvert=big-endian -frecord-marker=4 -ffixed-line-length-132 <mods> <incs> <f95name>
Regards,
Costas

Edit: OR you could delete a few spaces after '&' in the lines that give the error. The problem is due to the lines being longer than standard.

Hi Costas,

The problem still occurs :(

Please have a look in my updated configuration file and the errors attached.

Did I do something wrong in the configuration?

Thanks

Huy

Its the stderr output that I am interested in. Can you add '2>&1' after '> output.txt' and post it?

I think that the systel.cfg file that you posted is not the one you actually use. It hasn't the parallel configuration we setup earlier. Can you double check?

Dear Costas,

Do you mean txt2?

Oh, I just test the limwac.f not in paralel, here is my systel_paralell. Could you check and correct for me?

I just add more V7.1 in my PC, so it is not the one I ask you last week (that was V7.0)

Best Regards
Huy

The command should be (I think):
tomawac.py tomawac.cas >output.txt 2>&1

Try this one:

File Attachment:

File Name: limwac_2016-04-01.f
File Size: 15 KB

It should work.
