Hello,
I have recently downloaded and installed v8p1 Automatically

as I tried to run, It asked me to compile telemac so I used the following function

compileTELEMAC.py

in the terminal , however , it stops with the following error

Error: Symbol 'errmsgandstop' referenced at (1) not found in module 'm_interface_nestor'

Can someone please help me of what I should do?

yugi OFFLINE openTELEMAC Guru Posts: 851 Thank you received: 244	You are missing the option -cpp in your cmd_obj parameter in your systel.cfg file. By the way I would suggest installing with Python3 rather than Python2. New functionalities are only available in Python3.

yugi OFFLINE openTELEMAC Guru Posts: 851 Thank you received: 244	You did not add the -cpp at the right place. It should be added under the [win7gfors] which is the one you are compiling but you aaded it under [win7gforsdbg]. Change that rerun compileTELEMAC.py --clean at that should do it.

kareemjo94	Thank you alot Everything worked well with the normal version. I tried to compile on the parallel version but I get the following message. ''cant open included file mpif.h'' Attachments: compilingcapture.jpg (120KB)
