Anyway, to answer your question, there is currently a problem with the website and the download button no longer works. However, I don't know when the problem will be resolved...

As the current download system is not working, you can download the V8P4 installer from this direct link:

In addition, the V8P5 installer should be available online very soon.

The installer works amazing, thanks!

The download link itself has something to do with HTTPS. If I change the URL to HTTP, the download link works as aspected. (This is an issue I encounter more often on this website)

Hi,

First of all, thanks for the link.
I just needed to change http --> https or change the navigator to download the file.

I tried several times to install the V8P4, but only the exemples an notebooks folders are intalled.
Do I need to create by myself missing folders to permit the install ? or download by an other way all the model file ?

I'm completly lost !

Hi!

I installed the telemac version V8P4 with the automatic installer on windows 10 and during the installation everything seemed to go fine
When I tried to run an example project to test it I ran first into an error message with the systel.cfg file which I think I solved by changing to letters in the cfg-file according to another post.

But now I get another problem which I don’t really know how to solve.

Its connected to mpif90 and I wonder if it could be some problem with a search path.
The problem is:

'mpif90' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

I send the systel.cfg file and a screenshot of the problem plus a copy of the text of the screenshot as a text-file along.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?

If you did the installation well, then you have to search on your disk where the mpi90.exe file is. Just a simple search in the bar will give you the answer. Then you have to add the path to the environment variables of your PC. I hope this help

Hello ! I installed TELEMAC V8P4 on my computer, everything went well, but when I try to run an example with Telemac2d, the program reads the .cas file but I receive a message that it can't find the .cli file. But that file is in the same directory than the .cas file. Someone has an idea why the program doesn't look for that file in the appropriate directory ? Attached is a printout of the message I received (and one of my collegue has exactly the same issue). Thanks a lot !

I have installed Telemac2d successfully, I believe, the prompt appears as a desktop shortcut. However, I have no idea how to open the program itself, could someone help me with that. It is the first time I work with Telemac and I need a guide to open it. I would be grateful

If you click on the icon (TELEMAC command shorcut), a prompt window opens.
The command to launch a run is : telemac2d.py 'casfile.txt'

When I open V8P4, the prompt shows this information :
(telemac) C:\Users\lboudet\Desktop\calc_TELEMAC\02_TELEMAC>

Then :
(telemac) C:\Users\lboudet\Desktop\calc_TELEMAC\02_TELEMAC>telemac2d.py -s cas.txt

And :
(telemac) C:\Users\lboudet\Desktop\calc_TELEMAC\02_TELEMAC>telemac2d.py -s cas.txt
