open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I tryed to install TELEMAC 2D on my pc. (Windows Vista).I follow those differents steps:
I installed Telemac on C:\TELEMAC.
I installed a perl interpreter
I searched the program application inside that directory and i clicked on the icon "telemac2dV6P0" but a little window appears only for a fraction of second and the program doesn't start.
So I checked the instalation procedure , it was written down :
1 -> READ_CONFIG: FILE CONFIG NOT FOUND:
CONFIG
2 -> forrt1: severe <29>: file not found, unit 2, file C:\TELEMAC\V6P0\telemac2d\tel2d_v6p0\win\T2DDIC0

Before trying to use the code directly, have a look on the FAQ or on some topic in this forum.
Telemac is not a windows program you could execute with only a simplle click on the program.
