open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hi guys,

I'm a beginner in using TELEMAC software. As part of my course work I need to work on a TELEMAC 3D modeling which involves setting up a model of open channel steady flow with particles. I need help in setting up the model as per the requirements and the following results are to be extracted from the model
Velocity profile - U(z) profile – k(z) TDR profile – ε(z) Eddy viscosity profile – υt(z) Reynolds stress profile Sediment mass concentration profile – C(z).
Can anyone help me on how to setup and extract these results from a TELEMAC 3D model.
Also I want to know regarding the wall distance value parameter in channel flow models. I couldn't find any information regarding these in the manuals and documentations.
Hope someone will help me with this regard.

I am not sure to understand exactly what you want. If it is to get in your results file U, k, epsilon, sediment concentration, you can read the TELEMAC-3D user manual, in particular the subsection describing the 3D RESULT FILE + keyword VARIABLES FOR 3D GRAPHIC PRINTOUTS.
U, V, W, K, EPS, TAn if n is the tracer corresponding to sediment.
I hope you have read the latest releases of the manuals, available her :

The latest official release is v8p1r2 (tagged last week).

For data extractions or plots from results file, you can have a look at the notebooks (jupyter-notebooks name.ipynb in the notebooks folder).
