Hello,
I would like to use vel_prof_z to simulate a salt water inflow under a sluice gate. The code runs with a classical discharge boundary conditions but adding my vel_prof_z.f a compilation error appears concerning declaration of LT. The error is still presents even if I want to use log profile (2).
I think that my code was OK for a previous version (V7p0) but now I use the V8p1r1. By removing LT in vel_prof_z.f, a segmentation_fault appears. Could you help me?

Hello Ludovic,

The number of arguments has changed for VEL_PROF_Z subroutine since release v7p0.

If using VELOCITY VERTICAL PROFILES = 0 (user defined), start from the subroutine USER_VEL_PROF_Z of the release you use (v8p2r0 is recommended now, but it is the same for v8p1r1) and write your modifications inside. The user subroutine USER_VEL_PROF_Z is called by VEL_PROF_Z with this option 0 for the keyword.
