Since release v8p2, it is possible to manage drogues file with a binary format. You can read the TELEMAC-3D user manual (or TELEMAC-2D user manual).
Standard TELEMAC-3D will write a single file. You can decrease its size with the keyword PRINTOUT PERIOD FOR DROGUES.
If you want to export to multiple files, you will have to implement one or several Fortran files.
