open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Dear all,

Is there an easy way to set the initial condition for tracers varying along both the depth and the flow direction? To be specific, in the attached figure water temperature was measured along the depth (marked with 'x') at three sites in the river channel, I want to employ the linearly interpolated, laterally-averaged temperature profile as the initial condition of the 3D model, in this case modifying user_condi3d_trac.f does not seem to be a perfect solution to me... Any clue is appreciated!
