open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I would like to model the transport of the algae as in the example 2Dcoupling_algae of the v8p3 version of Telemac2d with an initial positioning of the algae thanks to a .i2s polygon; but this time in 3D.
This initial positioning by polygon is important because it is associated with a simple program of recognition and delimitation of the algae on satellite images.

Unfortunately, I do not find in the documentation of telemac3d functions leading to the same result as 2Dcoupling_algae and if possible, with such a precise consideration of the algal characteristics.

Would you have a solution for me ?
Is there a similar module being actually developed for Telemac3d ?

Unfortunately in 3D, the only features existing dealing with particles tracking or Lagrangian are the one described in the TELEMAC-3D user manual: drogues and oil spill. The only example in 3D is particles.
Developments existing for algae in 2D have not been implemented in 3D.
