I have an issue and it would be very helpful if someone can shed some light on it.

I have been trying to run a simulation on TELEMAC-3D on a Linux cluster, but the simulation is failing to start and stopping exactly the same point in the log file (the xxxx.sh.oyyy file). According to the log the program gets stuck even before it could start time stepping. Interestingly, on the job queue it shows the job is still running but after a point there is no change in the log file (the xxxx.sh.oyyy file). I am attaching the log file for reference. Also, the file which usually contains the error log (the xxx.sh.eyyy file) remains empty.

This is still version 6.1 but well, now you can skip version 6.2 and wait for version 6.3. For now you should see if it works in scalar mode first. Then the log files may be incomplete because some listing remains in the buffers. A scalar mode with listing on screen would show more. Then you can use DEBUGGER = 1 in the steering file to see more accurately where it stops. If the error is only in parallel you can try with two processors, to make things clearer.

what I found out was, I did not have the liquid boundary condition input file in required format (that is the columns were tab delimited instead of space).

I am planning to install 6.3 ones it come out. Also, are you guys also planning to launch a Mac version of 6.3 ?

On a Mac version, we do no specific version but it has already been done by one user and it worked. Actually Mac is Linux based...

I understand that Mac OS X ++ is built around Linux, so does following the instructions for Linux suffice if I want to install it on Mac OS X ++ ?
