robinson	Hello, I want to do some further analysis(Harmonic analysis, potential energy calculation regarding each layer, etc.) on TELEMAC-3D result file which is huge with large amount of nodes and timesteps. So I'm wondering how do you handle this problem, could someone be kind enough to share whether there is any easy way to do it efficiently ? Thanks in advance! Best regards.

We have started coding a few utilities in python but these will only appear in v6p3 over the summer. So far, these deal with 2D files. They will be updated to 3D files by the time we get to v6p3. Feel free to help and send us you python code if you do this yourself.

You can use POSTEL3D, another module of the TELEMAC system, to extract individual planes from your 3D mesh. This may help reducing the size.
