I have a relative wind speed time series. My wind is constant in space and vary in time.
I use the subroutine bord3d.f in order to read my wind file. Must i modify the subroutine meteo.f?

Hello,

You can do both, either implement in meteo.f or directly in bord3d.f, thus erasing what has been done by meteo.f.
