open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hello,
Am working on V6p2 win64
I have a problem with "gretel" when reconstructing the paralal result I had an error:
with gretel itwas logical error.
I noticed that the file gretel_T3DHYD.log and gretel_T3DRES.log was empty.

When I run out_telemac3d6vp2.exe in the temporary file, I got the following error message :

INBIEF (BIEF) : MACHINE NON VECTORIELLE (SELON VOS DONNEES)
Fatal error in MPI_Irecv: Invalid rank, error stack:
MPI_Irecv(147): MPI_Irecv(buf=0000000000CDBAE0, count=272, MPI_BYTE, src=1, tag=
5001, MPI_COMM_WORLD, request=0000000000867D40) failed
MPI_Irecv(96).: Invalid rank has value 1 but must be nonnegative and less than 1

Hello,

There must be some misunderstanding:

The crash is in MPI, Gretel does not use MPI.

What you seem to do is trying to rerun the Telemac executable directly in the temporary folder.

You should make sure first that the Telemac run has provided results, i.e. partitionned files which are not empty.

I am sorry I was not clear enough in my previous message.I will try to be in this one.

The first error I got Is a fail when recolecting data ( gretel ).
It is the main ERROR. the second message that I published in the previous post occured when I tried to do as u said ( rerun it from temporary file) since the results are not given yet.

So the problem is that there is a fail recollecting data from parallal results.

Hi,

Could you post the whole listing from telemac here and the command you used.
Because like JMH has told you gretel is not using mpi so this error is a bit weird.
