Hello community,

I had posted before many topics to realise my project,

1-so actualy i had finished the simulation of the tide and the wave by coupling TOMAWAC and TELEMAC2D for a large model (Golf Normand Breton).

Large model:

2-In second step, i extracted the data of the wave to implement them on ARTEMIS small model and the data tide to implement them on Telemac2d small model .

small model:

The passage from TELEMAC2D global model to TELEMAC2D small model was done successfuly.

But the passage from TOMAWAC global model to ARTEMIS small model don't give me any result despite that the simulation work!! From this i understand that i have a problem with the bathymetry, in the begain of artemis simulation i noticed the message below:

CNTPRE (ARTEMIS) : DIAGONAL SCALING NOT APPLIED (ONE COEFFICIENT OF THE MATRIX
DIAGONAL IS NEGATIVE OR ZERO)

So from this error i understand that the coupling will be complicate even if the ARTEMIS simulation run alone.

I know that if i want to modelise the agitation in low tide, i must make the area where i don't have a water, as a solid boundary (like a island).

So how can i do the coupling with TELEMAC2D, as long as in one step we can have a water (hight tide) and in another we can't (low tide).

I am confused for the use of the coupling ARTEMIS and TELEMAC2D. Hope that someone can explain me.

Thank you.

I decided to don't use ARTEMIS for my project, but i still want to understand the coupling between TELEMAC 2D and ARTEMIS.

Wait for you helps and explanations.

REGARDS.
