Is there any way to run old artemis setup in latest versions? What are the basic changes that I should make in fortran and control files?
Is there any chance to get telemac 5.8?

Hi Thomas,

V5P8 is quite an old version. To run your old case with V7P0, depending on how complex it was of course, I think that at least :
- you have to activate the automatic phase key-word : AUTOMATIC CALCULATION OF PHASE : YES + you have to give a reference water depth for the phase calculation : REFERENCE WATER DEPTH FOR AUTOMATIC PHASE = "a real number"

- If you use modification of bathymetry : CORFON routine has been changed to ART_CORFON

- if you did used the BORH routine for boundary conditions, it should be OK, if not you should impose your boundary conditions in BORH, following examples given with the code.

- you should read the user manual

Dear all,

I tried to run a case with a artemis v7p1 which ran OK with a V6P0. I have troubles when i try to define and initialize the variables in the BORH subroutine in the fortran file. For example the TETAB variable which was incremented as TETABT(I) in the v6p0 should be TETAB%R(I) in the v7p0 fortran file, but when i run the case, results are wrong with numerical anomalies in the corners of the open boundary.

Is there any changes in the variables I/O between the V6P0 and V7P1 ?
