Hi everyone,

I have a 2D moving mesh that i want to visualize with Bluekenue, but i couldn't do it with a serafin file.

So, I would like to know, if there is someone among of you that has some ideas for me to avoid such issue.

Thanks in advance!

Toufic.

Hi Toufic,

Sorry, this functionality does not currently exist in Blue Kenue.
What solver are you using that allows for a moving mesh?

Hi Toufic,

I am not familiar with any file formats that allow for a moving mesh.
I'm sure they exist but I haven't encountered one.

Once such a file format is chosen or invented we would have to modify BlueKenue to read it and display it. I suppose that one could even store this information in a SELAFIN file by defining new variable names.

This isn't a difficult task but someone would have to finance this development. It may be easier to use another software that already supports such functionality.

Cheers... Martin

Hi martin,

You'r right, i think also, it is an interesting task to develop, but unfortunately, i don't have much time to do it.

That's why, for now, i have my supervisor's idea to make telemac generate a VTK format and display the result file with Paraview at least.
