open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Dear all,

I would like to ask you if you could kidly suggest a journal for an article submission, regarding the application of different climate-, issues- and stakeholders- oriented scenarios simulated with the depth-averaged TELEMAC-2D, to support water management and decision-making, for a Brazilian bay. That area is lacking of modeling studies and is challenged by various water quality and quantity issues. The framework was a multi-transdisciplinary research project. No hydraulic field campaigns could be conducted to carry out a proper calibration, but we did sensitivity/plausability tests to check the reliability of the model.
Any suggestion is welcome.
