open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hello everyone
I am testing solvers in Telemac 2D.

I am simulating a large reservoir 20km and the dam 185 m water depth, with intake as negative SOURCE TERMS.
I checked solver: 1,2,3,4, 6 and 7.
I had interesting results.
But I was wondering:

1. How I find the condition number of the system, using TELEMAC tools?
2. What criteria should I use to select a particular preconditioner?
